Vintage Rainbow Moonstone Silver Brooch, Domed Stone, Early 20th shipping Century

This is a lovely vintage gemstone brooch. The stone is a 'rainbow moonstone', which is actually a variety of labradorite which flashes different colours in the light. This one is domed in shape and shows mainly green and pink. The elegant sterling silver mount is in good condition, unmarked but acid shipping tested. Early 20th century jewellery was often unmarked, given the style I am assuming around the 1930s for this piece.
Sadly the stone is a little damaged by pitting, which is noticeable close up, but given its age it's maybe not surprising!

Measurements: 47 mm long. Weighs 2.3 g.

Condition: Good vintage condition, closes securely. The stone is pitted as mentioned.
