Lowland Streaked Tenrec, mole, shipping rodent doll

This little doll is designed based on a little creature in Madagascar called the Lowland Streaked Tenrec shipping. It looks a bit like a hedgehog and clacks it's spines together to communicate!

The doll is hand sculpted from polymer clay, hand sewn and painted using faux fur and acrylic paint. The spine is made from plastic armature so it can be gently posed. The legs are made from steel wire and flexible polymer clay.

It is about 6” long and 4” high
