Vintage 1967 Major Matt Mason Moon Suit Pack with shipping Accessories Tools Space Toy

Estate find, original vintage Mattel Major Matt Mason Moon Suit Pak. I saw a photo of this in the Major Matt Mason "Mattel's Man in Space" brochure, where he is actually "wearing" the white and red capsule portion. I was able to find, and have all items listed in the description including the red and white capsule, plastic tube, yellow "bellow"/pump, hammer, screw driver, wrench and radiation detector. This pak was listed as #6301

The original owners were smokers, there doesn't appear to be any lingering smell or damage from cigarette smoke. These were found in a separate building from the home, so presumably were in storage for a considerable amount of time. The clear plastic tube seems fairly supple, but has discolored/yellowed with age, which seems to be fairly common occurrence for these. The rubber arms have dried to the point of hardening and falling apart (pieces that I found are still included). The capsule shows evidence of age and wear, looks like shipping small melted spot on upper portion, scuffs/scratches, surface dirt/discoloration. Slight scuffing on tools. There is a small red "button" on top of radiation detector that may be a little distorted, it is difficult to tell, but I have shown closeup photo for detail.

I have included photos showing examples and tried to describe and represent condition, but I am not an expert, only describing what I am aware of. Just FYI, we are non-smokers, but do have two cats at home. We do our level best to keep their floof off of clothing and go over anything with a lint roller before shipping, but if you are highly allergic, you may wish to steer clear, just in case!

Shipping cost is an estimate based on weight and size, we will refund any shipping overages $2 & over, paid on domestic shipments. I am always happy to combine shipping on other items I have listed.

US shipping is via insured priority mail, International shipping is via insured international first class mail. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items! Whenever possible, I use clean/recycled packing materials.

***Please note*** international first class shipping has a maximum weight of 4lbs. Any pkg 4lb or over will be required to go via international Priority mail so there may be some extra cost. If you are planning to purchase multiple items for international shipping & they look like they may go over the 4lb limit, please convo me to check the weight.
