Beautiful vintage hand decorated and signed Chinoiserie plate by Arnart circa 1982. Made in Japan. Perfect condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. Lovely colors of blue, white, red and green decorate the peonies, chrysanthemums, cherry blossoms, thatched roof boat and rising moon scene. Decorative shipping plate measures 12.5" diameter.
