Mid Century shipping Modern Enamel on Copper Dish Edwards Star for Georg Jensen

This is an enamel on copper bowl shaped dish made by Edwards Star of California for Georg Jensen Inc. The dish is decorated in a striking shipping green and gold colour combination with three large raised green “jewels” around its centre. It measures 5 7/8” in diameter across its top and is made in a bowl-like form with a height of about 1” at its edge. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
This is a wonderful display accent for a mid-century decor!
