This building is modeled after the Bella Union Saloon of the same name from the HBO series "Deadwood". It is HO approx 1:87 scale and is made primarily of hard wood.
The verbiage on the signs is burnt shipping into the wood and permanent.
The doors do not open on this piece but there is a hole in the bottom to accommodate lighting.

This building measures approximately 2.75"H x 3.5"D x 6"W.

The building has one coat of outdoor polyurethane. Not recommended to get wet.

Note: This is not a toy, it is for decoration only. Not suitable for children, may pose choking hazard.
The Gem also comes in HO scale as seen in the last photo, sold separately.
