This gorgeous stoneware mixing bowl is the most luscious shade of periwinkle blue ever! The all-over quilted diamond pattern on the exterior is just amazing. I believe this bowl was made by the AE Hull Potteries in the 1940s. It would be right at home in any country farmhouse or cottage kitchen -- and because of the modern touch of the quilted diamond pattern, could also work in a more modern home shipping very nicely.

A perfect size to use for your cooking and baking. It is too pretty to store away in between uses and would be a wonderful pop of vibrant blue color on your kitchen counter or open shelves! It's strong and sturdy. It is in very good condition with no large rim chips or cracks - however it does have what appears to be a small surface chip on the heat ring of the base. (Please see photo #6.)

Overall this bowl measures 9 5/8" in diameter and stands 4.75" deep. It is 4.75" in diameter at the base.
