This beautiful tutu dress has a light blue crochet tutu top and light blue tulle and sparkle mesh tulle for the skirt. The back has cream colored tulle for a cape. There are snowflake embroidered pieces on shipping the skirt and bodice. Dresses are made to calf length, if you would like floor length there is an extra charge for materials. Please message me before buying if you would like floor length.
