All personalized rings cannot be exchanged/returned. All of my Tungsten rings are a comfort fit style, resulting in a very comfortable fit. I highly recommend going to at least 3 reputable jewelers to get measured for a comfort fit band. It would be best to ask to try on some "comfort fit" bands for the shipping most accurate size.

Tungsten rings are extremely scratch resistant and their natural color is gray. The black color on all Tungsten rings are ion plated and may scratch if exposed to abrasives.
