shipping This fabulous velvet hat is in excellent vintage condition: I can find no flaws; the hat looks to have rarely, if ever, worn. Please be sure to note the graceful shirring of the material: if the hat is pulled down tight over the head it has a turban-like look about it. The interior is lined in blue faille.
