The Basement, 1940s shipping

This is a hand tinted black and white photograph, tinted with oil paints. First I restore the black and white photograph, print shipping it on a special paper and hand tint it with oil paints. It comes in multiple standard frame sizes and is matted to that standard size. I am listing here the one matted to a standard 11x14 frame but can do any size you wish.
