You are looking at the Cathedral–The Ethereal Mirror and Soul Sacrifice EP 1993. Long out of print. I am the original shipping owner. Albums are in excellent condition. Some very mild shelf wear along the edges. There is what appears to be a small "ding" in the LP on Side 2. (see photo) I have checked and this is neither a scratch nor a "ding", it just seems to be part of the vinyl itself, and the record plays fine, no skips. No insert. (didn't know this was even SUPPOSED to come with an insert until I started doing some research at Discogs!) Please see accompanying photos. ALL SALES FINAL **.
