This is a RARE and hard to find hardcopy FIRST EDITION (May 1996) of My Ari's Siddur by Yehuda Berg of the Kabbalah Learning Center, by whom it was published.
It contains 64 pages including pretty glossy photographs. The introduction was written by the Rabbi Phillip Berg aka the Rav.

Condition:
It's in very nice clean condition, almost like new, with very tight unopened binding and clean pages.
Only slight discoloration can be seen on the white pages and minute wear on outer corners & spine of hardcover. Was kept on a book shelf in a private Kabbalah member's collection.
No scribbles or smells.
